Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.
At TLNT , we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans . We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company — fully remote, Monday to Friday on CST/EST hours.
You'll join a data-driven digital advertising and retention marketing agency founded by entrepreneurs who built, scaled, and exited their own direct-to-consumer brands. Over the past three years, the team has managed hundreds of millions of dollars in ad spend and generated billions in trackable, profitable online revenue for partners ranging from fast-moving startups to Fortune 500 brands — across eCommerce, luxury, technology, apps, sports, financial services and retail. And it's just getting started: the plan is to multiply both the in-house team and the client base several times over in the next five years.
As Senior Email Designer on the Lifecycle Marketing team, you'll design the email campaigns and automations that grow client revenue, keep customers coming back, and turn new subscribers into buyers. Clients will look to you for guidance and ideas — not just execution — and you'll be the one who turns their goals into emails that perform.
Performance decides here, not opinions. You'll test concepts, read the results, and iterate on what actually converts.

- Concepts and research. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts, researching brands and competitors for email and digital ad ideas.

multiple concepts and multiple hooks per concept — then iterate based on the best-performing emails.
- Client guidance. Bring ideation and direction to clients and help them turn their goals into campaigns.
- AI in the workflow. Leverage AI tools to streamline production and push creative boundaries.
- Fresh ideas. Keep up with the latest trends, best practices, and tools in email design, and explore emerging tech and design trends to bring new ideas to the table.
- Design critiques. Participate in and lead design critiques, iterating on feedback to achieve exceptional results.
- Quality control. Review all creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment before they ship.
- On-time delivery. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time, every time.
