We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Transformation Project Manager to lead and coordinate a large-scale, complex ERP transformation program for a integral organization. This role is ideal for a highly skilled project leader who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments, can navigate ambiguity, and has a proven track record of delivering multinational ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a major ERP transformation program with multiple interconnected workstreams.
- Coordinate ERP carve-out activities and business disentanglement initiatives.
- Drive collaboration across business, technology, and operational teams.
- Manage complex cross-functional and cross-segment dependencies.
- Oversee changes and integrations across multiple edge systems.
- Ensure alignment with parallel enterprise transformation programs.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Facilitate decision-making and communicate effectively with executive and senior stakeholders.
- Establish governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and delivery plans to ensure successful program execution.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project or program management experience, including leadership of large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering complex multinational ERP programs.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations, carve-outs, mergers,



acquisitions, or business separation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong risk management, planning, governance, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex and evolving environments.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within large global organizations undergoing business transformation.
- Previous experience in the Mars environment or similar large-scale enterprise ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or comparable enterprise solutions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certifications are advantageous.
