At Coforge, we are hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (006fu00000aq9YlAAI-1) with Solution Architecture experience to design and build scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms for complex industrial environments.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you will lead architectural decisions, develop AI-powered solutions, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Autonomous Agents while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI &

- Autonomous Agents

- Design and build autonomous AI agents using technologies such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Develop advanced Graph-RAG architectures combining semantic search and structured knowledge retrieval.
- Build AI agents capable of integrating with engineering tools, databases, simulators, APIs, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Optimize prompting strategies, agent orchestration, and AI performance in production environments.
- Implement safeguards that ensure traceability, reliability, security, and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
- Develop high-performance Python APIs using FastAPI to support AI and frontend applications.

Solution Architecture




- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance SaaS platforms based on microservices architecture.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps for enterprise applications.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture and design decisions while remaining actively involved in development.

Cloud &
- Infrastructure

- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure and/or AWS.
- Implement containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.

Data Architecture
- Drive data modeling and database architecture decisions across SQL and NoSQL environments.
- Design scalable data platforms that support AI, analytics, and operational workloads.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align business and technical objectives.
- Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design artifacts.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.




- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience building and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and related technologies.
- Experience with Specification Driven Development (SDD) methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies:
- Python
- Node.js
- React

- Experience designing performant, secure, and resilient SaaS applications.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Advanced English is required.

Preferred Skills

- Strong frontend development experience using React.
- Experience within the Energy, Oil &
- Gas, or Industrial sectors.
- AI-focused certifications and technical training, including Claude Code Architect or similar credentials.
- Experience implementing enterprise-level AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Exposure to large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
