- Design and implement backend services and REST APIs using Java Spring Boot
- Work with databases, especially PostgresSQL, including complex queries and performance tuning
- Utilize modern Java to build efficient and maintainable backend components
- Demonstrate high autonomy by unblocking issues independently and escalating only when necessary
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions
- Apply best practices in clean coding, scalability, and performance
- Understand cloud-native principles and deployment workflows (Kubernetes)
