Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in design, development, testing, documentation, and data analysis activities.
- Build and maintain scalable, high‑quality software systems with strong focus on automation and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage stand-ups,



Jira processes, team updates, and stakeholder communication to clarify requirements and guide junior engineers.
- Provide on‑call support during working hours and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Skills Required

- 8+ years of hands‑on software development experience, including system design, architecture, and enterprise‑level applications.
- Software Development Languages: Proficiency in Java (required), React or Python (very nice to have)
- Frameworks: Spring Boot
- Architecture: RESTful services, microservices
- Messaging: Kafka, SQS
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred)
- Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Lambda (preferred)
- CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, Terraform
- Testing: Unit, Integration, Regression, Load automation
- Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
- Monitoring & Logging: New Relic, Splunk
- Strong English-speaking skills for guiding and problem‑solving within the team.
