We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a leading multinational company based in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México.

This is a strategic role for an experienced lawyer passionate about corporate law, compliance, and data privacy, who wants to be a key business partner to senior management.

YOUR MISSION:

Provide comprehensive legal advice, lead legal risk management, and design, implement and maintain a world-class local compliance and data privacy program aligned with US / European standards and Mexican regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and all departments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements, reports, and legal documents.
- Identify, analyze, and document legal and compliance risks.
- Design, implement, and maintain an effective local Compliance Program aligned with integral standards and local law.
- Design, implement, and maintain an effective local Data Protection Management System.




- Lead legal support for public procurement procedures.
- Manage internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with anti-corruption, antitrust, privacy, ethics, AML, and regulatory regimes.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Law degree with professional certification.
- 5+ years of professional experience as in-house counsel or in a top law firm.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Proven experience in public procurement, audits, and compliance programs (US / European).
- Solid knowledge of anti-corruption, antitrust, data privacy, ethics, regulatory and AML.
