We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OMP Technical Product Consultant to join our global Product Team. This role will drive solution excellence, architecture consulting, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex OMP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Solution Governance
- Proactively identify and implement service improvements.
- Drive global solution alignment and standardization.
- Lead release and upgrade management activities.
- Continuously improve platform performance, stability, and scalability.
- Provide architecture design and implementation guidance for critical initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to operational and support teams.
Project & Release Support
- Design, create, and hand over environments to delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain job aids, technical standards, and environment setup documentation.
- Coordinate platform upgrades, LCS updates, and release deployments across landscapes.
- Create and manage development and quality environments for OMP developers and consultants.
- Support backup, restore, migration, and environment maintenance activities.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts for critical incidents and Go-Live events.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with OMP Planning Solutions.
- Knowledge of Supply Planning processes.
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, or equivalent planning technologies.
- Experience managing enterprise application releases and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture principles.
- Experience supporting integral delivery teams.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Experience supporting global OMP deployments.
- Knowledge of automation, scripting, and platform management.
- Consulting experience in large-scale supply chain transformation programs.
