Alure Agency is looking for a Senior PR Manager to join our growing Public Relations practice in Mexico City.

We are an independent agency representing leading international brands across luxury hospitality, travel, automotive and lifestyle , with projects and clients across Mexico and Latin America.

We are looking for an experienced PR professional who combines strong account management, strategic thinking, excellent client skills and solid PR fundamentals , with the ambition and potential to grow into a broader leadership role within the agency.

This is an opportunity for someone who is already capable of independently managing sophisticated clients and teams, but is looking for the next step in their professional development.

The Role As

Senior PR Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of accounts and helping raise the strategic and operational standard of Alure's PR practice.

You will work closely with the agency's senior leadership across PR Strategy, Strategic Relations, Creative Direction and Business Development .

Lead and develop PR strategies for luxury, hospitality, travel, automotive and lifestyle clients.

Manage multiple client accounts with clear ownership of strategy, planning, execution and results.

Act as a trusted day-to-day senior advisor to clients, confidently presenting recommendations and managing expectations.

Review and elevate press materials, communications plans, pitches, reports, presentations and other key deliverables.

Identify relevant media, influencer, partnership, event and brand-building opportunities.

Develop strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, industry partners and relevant stakeholders.





Lead and develop Account Executives and junior team members through clear delegation, feedback and accountability.

Anticipate risks and challenges and bring proposed solutions before they become urgent.

Protect account scope, timelines, budgets and agency standards.

The Profile We are looking for someone with approximately 6–9 years of relevant professional experience , ideally within a PR or communications agency. Strong PR and communications fundamentals.

Ability to translate business and brand objectives into clear communications strategies.

Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills.

Strong understanding of media relations and the contemporary communications landscape.

Experience managing and developing junior teams.

Confidence interacting with senior clients and stakeholders.

Ability to work autonomously without requiring constant supervision.

Genuine interest in luxury, hospitality, travel, automotive and lifestyle brands.

Professional fluency in both Spanish and English. Previous experience with international brands, luxury hospitality, travel, fashion, beauty, automotive or premium lifestyle clients will be highly valued. We believe strong managers create clarity rather than dependency, raise the quality of the people around them and understand when to decide independently and when a situation genuinely needs to be escalated. Exposure to leading international luxury and hospitality brands.
