Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Role Delivery Product Focal Point with 8–12 years of experience in product delivery, program coordination, project management, or Agile delivery environments.

The idóneo candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery activities across product engineering, architecture, security, data, operations, and business teams. This role requires strong experience in roadmap management, Agile delivery, stakeholder coordination, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive-level reporting.

Candidates must be based in or able to work from Toluca, Mexico, and must be comfortable working onsite at the HSBC office three days per week. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.

Spanish and English language proficiency is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery planning and coordination across product engineering, architecture, security, data, and operational teams.
- Develop and maintain product and program roadmaps aligned with business priorities, strategic objectives, and delivery milestones.
- Track cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate backlog planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and release-readiness activities.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria.
- Support business analysis activities and translate high-level business objectives into actionable delivery plans.




- Prepare delivery dashboards, milestone updates, status reports, and executive-level communications.
- Develop and communicate value propositions for proposed product capabilities and technology initiatives.
- Identify delivery risks and dependencies early and coordinate appropriate mitigation or escalation activities.
- Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, architecture decisions, resource availability, and business deadlines.
- Drive continuous improvement across product development, Agile delivery, and governance processes.
- Coordinate effectively across geographically distributed technical and business teams

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in product delivery, program coordination, project management, or Agile delivery .
- Strong experience in delivery planning, roadmap management, dependency tracking, and delivery governance .
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or similar Agile leadership responsibilities .
- Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, release planning, and prioritization .
- Experience supporting business analysis, requirements gathering, and requirement clarification .
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop clear value propositions and connect technical initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, reporting, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
