Senior Project Manager at BairesDev
As a Senior Project Manager, lead multiple, large-scale projects with your advanced project management skills. Your role includes strategic planning, risk management, and high-level decision-making, guiding teams to successful project completion and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What you will do
- Oversee large-scale software development projects, providing strategic direction and leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with organizational goals and priorities.
- Establish and refine project management methodologies, processes, and standards for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive.
- Manage stakeholder relationships,
negotiating project scopes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in project management within software development.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
- Extensive experience in leading large and complex software projects.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and advanced software systems.
- Advanced level of English.
