Senior SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll Consultant

Location: Remote – Mexico or United States

Travel: Occasional travel to Pennsylvania, USA

Duration: 3-month contract

Work Authorization: Valid U.S. visa required for travel

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Time & Payroll Consultant to support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management operations.

The idóneo candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll, particularly Mexico Payroll , as well as strong expertise in SAP Time Management, Positive and Negative Time Management, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and Payroll Schemas .

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Pennsylvania as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management processes.
- Provide functional expertise for Mexico Payroll processes and requirements.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP Payroll and Time Management functionality.
- Support both Positive and Negative Time Management processes.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) .
- Configure and support SAP Payroll Schemas .
- Analyze and resolve complex Payroll and Time Management issues.




- Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Work closely with ABAP HR technical teams when functional or integration developments are required.
- Support testing, validation, and implementation activities related to Payroll and Time Management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 14+ years of SAP Payroll experience , including strong hands-on experience with Mexico Payroll .
- 14+ years of SAP HCM Time Management experience .
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll .
- Strong knowledge of SAP Positive and Negative Time Management .
- Extensive experience with Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) .
- Strong experience configuring and supporting SAP Payroll Schemas .
- Experience troubleshooting complex SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management issues.
- Mexico Payroll experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills .
- Ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
- Valid U.S. visa and availability for occasional travel to Pennsylvania.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- SAP HR / Payroll certification.
- Previous experience within the payroll industry.
- Experience collaborating with ABAP HR technical and integration teams .
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
