We at Coforge are hiring Senior Test Environment Manager (#22819) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage test environments across the software testing lifecycle, ensuring availability, stability, and readiness.
- Coordinate environment planning, configuration, refreshes, deployments, and test data requirements across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, release, and business teams to resolve environment issues and minimize testing disruptions.
- Establish environment management processes, monitor utilization and performance, and drive continuous improvements and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in test environment management, QA, or software delivery roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple test environments across complex technology landscapes.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, release management, and deployment processes.




- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience coordinating environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and deployments.
- Strong understanding of test data management and environment dependencies.
- Experience with defect and incident management and troubleshooting environment-related issues.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based test environments and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with environment monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
