Required Qualifications

Certifications (Mandatory)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Experience

- Minimum

5 years of ServiceNow development experience

- Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Event Management in a production enterprise environment

- Experience with Event Management deployments from design through go-live and post-production support

- Experience working with large-scale monitoring and observability platforms

Key Responsibilities

Event Management Implementation

- Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow Event Management solutions.

- Configure Event Management architecture, event ingestion patterns, and operational dashboards

- Develop and maintain Event Rules, Alert Management configurations, and Event Processing Rules.

- Configure alert correlation, alert suppression,



de-duplication, and noise reduction mechanisms.

- Implement Event-to-Incident automation and event-driven workflows.

Integrations

- Integrate ServiceNow Event Management with third-party monitoring and observability tools such as:

- Dynatrace

- AWS CloudWatch

- Azure Monitor

- Other enterprise monitoring solutions

- Develop and maintain integrations using:

- REST APIs

- SOAP Web Services

- MID Servers

- Webhooks

- IntegrationHub

- Scripted APIs

Required Technical Skills

- ITOM Event Management , Alert Management

- CMDB , Discovery ,Service Mapping (preferred)

- Flow Designer , IntegrationHub

- MID Server Administration,
