Qualifications:

- 6 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role.

- Strong experience in at least one or two technologies from each of the following categories:

ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Hybrid role in any of our 4 locations in Mexico: CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain highly available and resilient cloud-based infrastructure.

Automate operational processes and infrastructure provisioning to improve efficiency and reliability.

Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and deployment.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address reliability risks.

Implement infrastructure and application monitoring, alerting, and observability best practices.





Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response activities.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve application scalability, security, and operational readiness.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, and system performance.
