ABOUT THE ROLE The company is a TikTok Shop and social commerce growth agency that runs client accounts in dedicated pods across a portfolio of CPG and DTC brands. As Pod C launches, the Account Manager is the analytical engine of the pod. You keep the shops healthy, the campaigns optimized, and the numbers honest, so the brand grows and the whole pod runs on accurate data.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Content strategy across TikTok and Instagram, with YouTube short form as the next channel to open
- The line between growth content and sales content, and the funnel that connects them
- Weekly performance analysis with clear calls on what to scale and what to cut
- Hands on production of statics and B roll when speed matters
- Direction of the video editor and content coordinator: briefs, feedback and turnaround
- Inbound DMs, qualifying sales leads and handling partnership conversations
- ManyChat flows for DM automation and lead capture
- Meta Ads to amplify content that is already proving out organically
- Amazon Influencer Program: storefront, product content and commissionable placements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Proven growth of comparable accounts. You can name the handles you grew and show the numbers behind them




- Deep fluency in creator led personal brands rather than brand pages
- Native command of TikTok and Instagram, including the formats and trends working right now
- Working knowledge of ManyChat and Meta Ads
- Ability to move between strategy and production without losing quality on either
- Sharp attention to detail
- Professional written and spoken English
- Comfortable directing a small remote team

A STRONG PLUS

- Background or working exposure in pharmacy, medicine, supplements or health and wellness
- Experience with the Amazon Influencer Program
- Experience opening a YouTube short form channel from zero
