We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join the Social Media Center of Excellence at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Social Media Specialist, you will work with the enterprise social media team to develop social media strategies, programming and content in support of the Marsh brand and talent marketing, aligned to respective marketing strategies.

We will count on you to:

- Lead end-to-end development, governance and approvals process for all social media programs and campaign content ensuring every activation aligns to brand standards, best practices and commercial priorities.
- Responsible for development and social activation of Marsh brand partnerships, translating enterprise investments into high-impact content and campaigns that strengthen visibility, engagement and brand authority.
- Accountable for Marsh’s Instagram channel strategy, content and performance, shaping how the brand shows up on one of the firm’s highest-growth and highest-visibility platforms.
- Core member of Marsh brand reputation and crisis management team, balancing
