We’re looking for a Mid-Level Atlassian Administrator / Jira Developer with 2–4 years of experience supporting and enhancing Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence environments.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining platform administration, workflow automation, stakeholder support, and process improvement to help teams work more efficiently.

What you’ll do

- Provide day-to-day support and administration for Jira, JSM, and Confluence
- Configure projects, workflows, issue types, fields, screens, boards, and permissions
- Build and maintain automations for routing, notifications, reminders, escalations, and SLA tracking
- Support and extend Jira capabilities through configurations, integrations, add-ons, and lightweight custom solutions
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows
- Create dashboards, filters, and reporting views for operational visibility
- Support onboarding, internal service workflows, and other cross-functional process improvements
- Help maintain platform health through cleanup, documentation, and governance best practices




- Contribute to ad hoc Atlassian enhancement projects as needed

What we’re looking for

- 2–4 years of experience working with Jira, Jira Service Management, and/or Confluence
- Hands-on experience with Jira configuration, administration, and workflow design
- Experience with Atlassian Automation, JSM forms, queues, approvals, and SLAs
- Familiarity with integrations, marketplace apps, or supported Jira enhancements
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business needs into practical Jira/JSM solutions

Nice to have

- Experience supporting PMO, HR, compliance, onboarding, or internal operations workflows
- Exposure to platform cleanup, governance, and license/access optimization
- Atlassian certifications
