What success looks like
First 90 days
You are proficient in ServiceTitan and understand the billing and accounting workflow end to end. Accounts receivable is off the controller's plate, with a follow-up system for overdue accounts in place, and you run the month-end close and reconciliations.
Ongoing The books are accurate and the month closes on time. AR aging stays current, with overdue balances followed up within 5 business days. You are the controller's trusted partner across accounting and payroll, flagging issues early and resolving them on your own.
