SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) Time Tracking Consultant

Core Requirements:
- SuccessFactors EC Time Management expertise especially in EC Time Tracking configuration
- Expertise in configuring time management foundational elements including work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles and time recording profiles
- Expertise configuring time tracking module including calculations of Overtime, Double time and shift premiums
- Experience in building time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, approval workflows
- Experience replicating and troubleshooting time data from EC to ECP for payroll processing
- Expertise in activating/adjusting time management configuration in Provisioning
- Potential candidate must be certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or EC Time Management
- Time management configuration experience especially for country Mexico is preferred
