Lead Supply Chain and Customer Service Delivery (CSD) operations across the Americas region, ensuring service excellence, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment to drive BU Additives business growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead regional order management and Supply Chain operations across 9 warehouses and 8 shipping origins in the Americas.
- Ensure Customer Service Delivery for sales operations across 16 countries in the Americas region.
- Control warehouse-related costs and oversee the efficient management of goods and resources.
- Execute the tolling process and contribute to production footprint optimization opportunities.
- Guarantee alignment of SCM and CSD regional organization, systems, and processes with general business strategies and standards.
- Ensure adequate personnel allocation to support business strategy execution.
- Balance customer demand, regional capacities, and inventory levels in accordance with business strategy.




- Establish and control operational S&OE; processes in line with best practices.
- Guarantee compliance with Clariant cost principles when managing logistics and warehouse external service providers.
- Steer Supply Network performance and optimize logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes in collaboration with GBS and GPS.
- Ensure accurate master data maintenance in SAP and proper documentation of SC processes for internal and external audit requirements.
- Analyse customer needs related to supply chain services through surveys, calls, and visits, and propose continuous improvements.
- Drive and support the implementation of regional projects aligned with BU Additives strategy.
- Lead performance management, career development, and succession planning for the SCM Americas organization.
- Develop, retain, and foster talent within the SCM team, embedding a customer-centric mindset and culture.
