We are looking for a Systems Engineer to provide hands-on support for data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, and network devices .
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands & feet support for physical servers, network and storage devices
- Server racking/stacking, device reboot, console access, cabling and SFP replacement
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and IMAC services
- L1 LAN/network troubleshooting; basic DHCP/DNS
- Server, printer, Mac and Office 365 support
- Vendor coordination and IT inventory management
- Support backend teams with infrastructure issues
- Incident documentation and SLA compliance
