About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our talent acquisition and recruiting efforts. You will play a vital part in candidate sourcing and research, resume and portfolio review, and recruiting coordination and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruiting efforts for open roles, including reviewing applicants and identifying potential matches based on defined criteria.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and confirm interest, availability, location, rate, and other basic role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and candidate follow-up.
- Gather resumes, portfolios, screening responses, and other information needed to prepare candidates for review and submission.
- Maintain accurate candidate statuses and recruiting pipelines, ensuring follow-ups and next steps don't fall through the cracks.
- Support routine talent communications, including outreach, reminders, profile updates, and application follow-ups.
- Help maintain accurate and complete talent profiles, resumes, portfolios, skills, and role information within the Wripple platform.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and outstanding action items.




- Assist with additional talent operations and recruiting projects as needed.
- Handle candidate communication and follow-up, along with interview scheduling.

Key Requirements

- +1 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience supporting multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/talent platforms, or other candidate sourcing tools.
- Comfortable reviewing resumes and identifying candidates who meet clearly defined job requirements.
- Experience communicating professionally in English with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.
- Professional proficiency English verbal and written communication .

- Staffing agency, freelance talent marketplace, or high-volume recruiting experience.
