Lead Talent Acquisition Partner

Guadalajara, Mexico | Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote An international education technology company with nearly 30 years in the market is expanding its Guadalajara office. Its cloud platforms help schools support educators, students, and families across multiple countries.

We’re looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting strategy across LATAM. You’ll work directly with leaders in Mexico and the U.S., help build teams across technical and business functions, and play a meaningful role in the growth of the Guadalajara office.

What you’ll do

- Lead full cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring leaders to define needs and develop hiring strategies.
- Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networks, and recruiting tools.
- Conduct structured behavioral interviews and provide clear candidate recommendations.
- Advise leaders using talent market insights, compensation context, and hiring data.
- Improve recruiting processes while delivering a strong candidate experience.

What we’re looking for

- 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in corporate talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search.




- Experience managing multiple requisitions and sourcing active and passive candidates.
- Strong hiring manager partnership and behavioral interviewing skills.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and sourcing technologies.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Availability for approximately 5–10% business travel.

Experience recruiting software development, cloud operations, services, or other IT roles is a plus. Workday Recruiting, AI recruiting tools, and relevant HR certifications are also valued.
