TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

- Be a driving force in building functional pipelines, developing recruitment approach and internal partnerships

What your background should look like:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- +5 years minimum of recruiting experience in manufacturing line of business.
- Proficient English language.
- Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management and interview process management.
- Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life-cycle.
- Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong client focus with the ability to interface with and support hiring managers at all levels.
