Duties and Responsibilities - Prepare and review tax returns for real estate entities

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
- Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries
- Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities
- Collaborate with finance and legal departments on tax matters




- Maintain tax compliance schedules and documentation
- Support financial reporting with accurate tax provisions Education and Training - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- 3-5 years of tax experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Training in US federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems Knowledge Skills - Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations applicable to real estate
- Experience with tax compliance, planning, and audit processes
- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
