Job Title: Tech Lead – Go + Python

Location: Remote / Guadalajara, Mexico (Candidates can be located anywhere in Mexico)

- Candidate must have excellent English communication skills .
- Candidate must be highly proactive and self-driven , as this is a closely monitored client project.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Go
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Strong experience with DynamoDB Streams and AWS Lambda
- Strong hands-on experience with Argo CD and Helm
- Experience with CI/CD tools (CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with observability tools such as New Relic

Preferred Skills

- TypeScript
- Kafka, Amazon SNS, Amazon SQS
- Kafka Schema Registry and Topic Governance
- AWS Architecture Best Practices
- New Relic or Splunk for EKS Service Observability

Experience Required

- 6+ years of backend/cloud engineering experience
- 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery of cloud-native solutions on AWS
