Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager - AI

The idóneo candidate combines strong technical depth in AI solution patterns, Python-based development, cloud platforms, and systems integration with the ability to guide teams, engage with clients, and support successful execution from solution design through production readiness. This person will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, data scientists, analysts, and product stakeholders to shape and deliver robust enterprise AI solutions.

Must Have

· Strong experience in technical leadership, solution design, or architecture roles

· Strong understanding of AI, ML, and cloud-based solution design in enterprise environments

· Strong hands-on experience with Python

· Experience working with AWS or GCP

· Familiarity with modern AI solution patterns, including LLM-based applications

· Strong experience in systems integration, APIs, and scalable solution design





· Ability to guide cross-functional teams in agile and distributed environments

· Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with USA-based customers

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

· Familiarity with scalable architecture, distributed systems, and evolving solution design

Nice to Have

· Experience with custom agents and agent-based solution design or implementation

· Familiarity with concepts such as RAG, MCP, and A2A

· Exposure to Google ADK, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, or similar AI ecosystems

· Experience supporting pre-sales, proposal development, or solution shaping

· Experience working in regulated environments or on projects requiring governance, privacy, or compliance alignment

· Prior experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical excellence across AI-related engagements
