Technical Project Manager (TDM) is responsible for leading the delivery of large, strategic, and complex Roaming and Signaling Firewall Platform integration projects on behalf of our customers. You will work closely with project team members, and a few other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. TPM is ultimately responsible for the leadership, financial management, quality, and timely delivery of the project for our customer.

:

- Project planning - in terms of resourcing, product availability, remote installation, pre-requisites etc.
- Provide accurate effort estimate for assigned projects
- Doing a project kick off call at the start of the project involving the STDM, TAM and PMO
- Resource planning - When the resource should hit onsite and for how long
- Provisioning of resource going onsite
- Identifying Engineering dependencies and working with Engineering on availability dates
- Participating in pre project planning for potential deals with 70%+ probability
- RFP responses and review / Providing Effort estimation per engineer / Sizing / Pre-requisites
- Execute projects as per the plan, responsible for revenue forecast and recognition as well as billing forecast as per the project milestones.




- All deviations from plan to be escalated with proper reasons
- Weekly project status reports
- Escalate tech issues, milestone risks, project risks
- Post implementation audit to be performed and necessary feedback to be incorporated in the knowledgebase
- Project closure report
- Ensure project documentation is completed in time
- Ensuring proper project closure, KB updates and support handover
- Readiness to travel on short notice.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E. / B.Tech., M.E./M. Tech., or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA

Skill Sets:

- Unix/Shell scripting – Basic knowledge of Unix and shell scripting. Perl scripting knowledge preferred.
- Database - Oracle/MySQL – Basic understanding of database is necessary. Good knowledge on SQL. PL/SQL knowledge preferred.
- Domain Knowledge – GSM/ CDMA/LTE/5G Protocol level knowledge required. Detailed flow knowledge for SS7 and LTE required. 5G Network architecture and knowledge will be another advantage.
- Communication skills – Candidate should have good grasp of English language and should be fluent in his communication.
