We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) programs across enterprise cloud environments, partnering with Finance, Cloud Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders to strengthen cost governance and optimization. You will drive planning, execution, and executive reporting across initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Lead cloud financial management and FinOps programs from planning through execution

- Drive cloud budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting processes

- Monitor cloud spend trends and identify cost optimization opportunities

- Coordinate cost allocation, chargeback/showback, and financial governance across business units

- Track cloud savings initiatives and ensure optimization targets are achieved

- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams

- Develop executive dashboards and reporting for cloud cost, utilization, and savings metrics

- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Cloud Engineering, and business teams to improve financial accountability

- Review cloud billing, usage trends, vendor commitments, and cost anomalies

- Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients

- Coordinate stakeholder communications to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in program management, FinOps, Cloud Financial Operations, TBM, or financial analysis

- Proven leadership ability to drive cross-functional programs across finance and technology teams





- Strong project management expertise managing multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities

- Hands-on cloud cost management knowledge including budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance

- Advanced analytical skills to assess spend trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities

- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level communication and influence

- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for written and verbal communication

Nice to have

- FinOps Certified Practitioner certification

- Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience

- Financial Analysis or FP&A; background

- Business Analysis experience
