In this role you will provide technical leadership and engineering support for aircraft engine maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations, OEM requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to operations and customers for aircraft engine maintenance activities.
- Lead technical investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives related to engine performance and maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations, OEM requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Integrate OEM technical documentation and customer-specific requirements into internal procedures and processes.




- Serve as the technical liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, OEMs, and Safran support teams.
- Support the development, industrialization, and optimization of engine maintenance and repair processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the aerospace industry.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
