Responsible forsupporting the WAN/LAN infrastructures for several accounts 4.Provide life-cycle management, quality assurance, customercommunications and technical troubleshooting support. Assigned tomultiple complex accounts encompassing a wide range of technicalfeature sets.
- Use provided network troubleshooting tools toperform basic probing/diagnosis to fix issues and route tickets toappropriate teams for further resolution 6. Coordinates with fieldsupport organizations to install/fix network issues Desired: 1.Works on problems of extremely complex scope where analysis ofsituations or data requires in-depth evaluation covering allaspects of IP based networking 2. Should have knowledge of LANprotocols like STP, RSTP, DTP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP etc 3. Should haveknowledge of WAN protocols like EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.
