As a payroll operator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the North America payroll team, helping ensure payroll activities are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with internal controls. You will support payroll case management, data validation, reporting, documentation, audit readiness, and coordination with internal stakeholders and payroll providers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-focused, and interested in building payroll operations expertise in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.
Unlike a traditional payroll role, the Payroll Operator focuses on payroll administration, service support, issue tracking, reporting, compliance activities, and operational excellence within an outsourced payroll environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact Manage payroll-related inquiries by researching issues, resolving discrepancies, and responding to questions about pay, deductions, and time-off accruals.
Review payroll transactions, employee data updates, and exception reports for accuracy and completeness.
Support payroll calendars, cutoff timelines, and governance activities.
Use automation tools to improve payroll processes and maintain accurate SOPs for internal and external workflows.
Maintain payroll process documentation, prepare management reports, and support audit activities.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Human Resources.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain numerical accuracy.
Minimum three years of experience with payroll or HCM systems, such as Workday, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must have experience with US payroll.




Proficiency with Power BI and AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Understanding tax regulations, labor laws, and payroll compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills when working with employees and internal teams.
Fluency in English.
