About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and digitally savvy Sales Operations Analyst professional to join our End Users & Solutions team.
This role plays a critical part in driving commercial efficiency by ensuring strong data management, KPI tracking and reporting, CRM discipline, and high-quality reporting. You will support key processes such as forecast management, account planning, opportunity tracking, and business performance analysis.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Business Units, Finance, Tendering and Business Intelligence), providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision‑making.
What will you do?
Commercial Performance & KPI Tracking
Track and consolidate key commercial KPIs (orders, sales, pipeline, forecast, targets)
Prepare monthly performance reports and business reviews
Identify performance gaps and support action plan development
CRM Management & Data Quality
Animate the maintenance of CRM platforms (Salesforce / bFO)
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across opportunities (value, stage, forecast, close date)
Monitor data quality and pipeline health
Forecast & Business Projections
Support weekly, monthly, and annual forecast cycles
Consolidate forecasts by account, KAM, and segment
Identify risks and opportunities impacting business performance
Manage and coordinate Handshake process during AMSP
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Deliver actionable insights to support business decisions
Support Segment and Account Saturation follow up and related internal activities
Automate reporting processes and improve data reliability
Strategic Support & Account Planning
Support the development and update of strategic account plans
Prepare executive presentations for account and business reviews
Analyze commercial performance and new growth opportunities
Opportunity & Tender Tracking
Monitor key opportunities within CRM
Support tracking and coordination of tender processes
Who are we looking for?
Confirmed Business Acumen with 3- 5 years in Sales Operations
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Highly organized and results-driven
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce / bFO)
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Advanced English proficiency
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Mexico City
Nice to have
Experience in B2B industries (energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology)
Experience in Business Study
Experience supporting account planning
Experience automating reports or building dashboards
