We are partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to identify a Plant Controller who will serve as a key business partner to plant leadership, driving financial performance, reporting accuracy, and operational decision-making.
Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7-10 years of finance/accounting experience within manufacturing or automotive environments.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience supporting plant operations and presenting results to senior leadership.
Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience.
Key Responsibilities Partner with plant leadership to achieve financial targets and forecasts.
Lead budgeting, forecasting,



month-end closing, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and controls.
Analyze manufacturing costs, profitability, and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
