To be successful in this role you should have





5 to 7 years of experience in data engineering integration engineering backend development or cloud integration

Handson experience with AWS services including ECS Lambda Step Functions and S3

Strong understanding of REST API design API versioning authentication

validation and error handling

Experience implementing eventdriven patterns using SNS SQS or EventBridge

Demonstrated experience integrating legacy platforms with modern cloudbased services

Strong understanding of data modelling and storagestrategy selection

Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns

Understanding of data security encryption data quality and access control

Experience writing automated tests and deploying services through CICD

Strong troubleshooting documentation and crossteam collaboration skills

Nice to have skills

Experience with Python FastAPI or another modern backend framework

Knowledge of relational NoSQL objectstorage and analytical data platforms

Experience with schema management event contracts idempotency deadletter queues

and replay mechanisms

Familiarity with Terraform Docker Kubernetes and AWS monitoring services

Relevant AWS developer data or solutions architecture certification
