**This role in summary** The Senior Finance Manager oversees Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations for the LARN region, leading a team of 14 while ensuring robust internal controls, legal entity consolidation, and accurate financial reporting. The purpose of this role is to drive working capital efficiency, ensure audit compliance, and guide the team through process transformation initiatives.

**Your responsibilities will include**

Manage a team of 14 finance professionals, including 4 direct reports, fostering professional growth, performance, and continuous development across the department.

Manage third-party team to complete back-office activities

Ensure adequate internal controls for all AR and AP processes to safeguard assets and comply with corporate and regional guidelines.

Direct the completion and consolidation of legal entities across the L
