Banco Plata is building a new legal collections function in Mexico. This hands-on leadership role will lead a small team of lawyers and legal assistants, redesigning processes for automation while engaging courts and regulators to standardize handling across the industry.
You will own the metrics, manage external counsel, and drive scalable, data-driven collection workflows with a focus on cost per case and turnaround times. Bilingual English proficiency is required for strategy and reporting.
