Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related Services positions across four LATAM countries

Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job boards

Execute country-specific hire processes and pre-employment compliance in partnership with regional HRBPs

Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions across multiple countries and role types

Maintain accurate, real-time data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Manage offer processes via PandaDoc including country-specific templates and approvals

Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership

Qualifications





+5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in Services or technical environments

Experience recruiting Services candidates across at a country level, being Mexico City and Bajio Region a must.

Proficient recruiting field services candidates using social media and multiple job boards: LinkedIn, OCC, El Empleo, Bumeran, CompuTrabajo), and employee referrals (Mandatory)

Proven experience field service electrical and mechanical technicians/engineers (Mandatory)

Fluent in English (Mandatory)

Proven record of partnering with technical local schools such as: CONALEP, CETIS, Bachilleres among others (Mandatory)

Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)

Strong stakeholder management skills across time zones

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques

Preferred

Experience recruiting for Field Service, HVAC, Electrical, or Critical Infrastructure roles

Familiarity with PandaDoc or similar e-signature platforms

Experience recruiting on a regional level (LATAM) is a plus and highly desirable

Work Environment

On-Site Role based either in Monterrey or Mexico City

10–15% travel across Americas region

Cross-time-zone collaboration required
