Key Responsibilities Lead the development of optimal InternalLogistics network for new Product Introduction and continuous Improvementprojects for following material delivery strategies.
Perform long lead or front end engineeringfor logistics processes which includes estimating automation, surface area,docks and equipment requirements.
Support program team with special studies forcost justification.
Present the station readiness plan tosteering committee and to the customer.
Present the logistics and station designto the core launch team which will include product, engineering, industrialengineering and operational team members.
Lead simulation and bottleneck analysis toidentify improvement opportunities and eliminate constraints.
Provide direction to Station Design,Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality teams to implement design and processimprovements.
Lead or participate in continuousimprovement (Kaizen) workshops and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Track and report launch metrics includingcycle time adherence, first-time quality, downtime, and throughput performance.
Support pilot builds, tool tryouts, andprocess validation during pre-production phases.
