PostgreSQL – schema design & query performance
REST APIs & scalable systems
Automated testing
Production troubleshooting & incident resolution
AI-assisted development tools – daily use of tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
What you’ll do
Design and develop scalable features using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL
Own features from development through production
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the technology stack
Write and maintain automated tests
Use AI tools for coding, testing, code review, debugging and refactoring — while validating their output
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
What we’re looking for
5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#
Strong PostgreSQL experience
Experience building and supporting scalable production systems
Strong automated testing practices
Experience troubleshooting live production incidents
Strong communication and collaboration skills
