Core Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of open roles and drive the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles globally. Partner closely with hiring managers, leaders, and People Partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Source, attract, assess, and engage top talent across diverse functions and markets. Collaborate with recruitment support teams to ensure efficient execution of recruitment activities and process administration. Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to influence talent decisions and improve recruitment outcomes. Support and contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects. Champion Diversity & Inclusion principles across all hiring activities and talent discussions.

Do You Have What It Takes? Experience in Talent Acquisition within an international or complex general organization.
Demonstrated success in sourcing, attracting, and selecting high-quality talent.




Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to support hiring decisions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
Strong business acumen and understanding of talent acquisition as a strategic business function.
Advanced English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related environments.
Experience using recruitment analytics and market intelligence tools.
