We are looking for

HR Operations Partner - at our locations in México - Ciudad Juárez

Your tasks:

Follow up on disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor-related documentation.





Support the resolution of employee relations issues and help foster a positive work environment.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and compliance with hiring requirements.

Manage employee movements, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee records.

Monitor Human Resources metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and vacancy coverage.

Follow up on employee services and benefits, including transportation and cafeteria programs.

Support internal, external, and customer audits related to Human Resources.

Prepare HR reports and ensure employee data is accurately maintained in SAP or equivalent systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience

Languages: English - advanced

Strong conflict resolution skills

High emotional intelligence

Sense of urgency and responsiveness

Effective time management and prioritization skills
