Job Description Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects focused on automation, equipment implementation, process improvement, and operational efficiency. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, resources, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities Lead industrial projects from planning and scope definition through implementation and closure.
Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
Manage project risks, issues, changes, and corrective actions.
Lead automation and equipment implementation projects, including integration, commissioning, and start-up activities.
Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, and technical teams.
Manage vendors and contractors, including technical requirements, deliverables, timelines, and performance.
Manage CAPEX projects, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Monitor project KPIs such as schedule, cost, quality, productivity, and ROI.
Prepare project status reports and present progress, risks, and results to management.
Support equipment validation,



qualification, and implementation activities.
Drive problem-solving and root cause analysis for project-related issues.
Ensure compliance with applicable technical, quality, safety, and project requirements.
Promote collaboration, innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across project teams.
Experience & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams.
3+ years of experience with automation, equipment implementation, or process improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk assessment, and KPI tracking.
Experience managing CAPEX projects, vendors, contractors, and equipment implementation.
Knowledge of automation, systems integration, equipment commissioning, and manufacturing processes.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferred.
PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
