Profile: Versatility in recruiting for different levels (operational to executive)
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, assessments, and recruitment events.
Maintain and update candidate and employee records and documentation.
Coordinate candidate assessments and communicate selection results.
Manage new hire onboarding, access, registrations, and administrative processes.
Process and update employee movements, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Coordinate communication with candidates, employees, internal departments, job boards, and external organizations.
Develop and maintain HR forms, records, and procedures.
