Responsabilidades Resumir e interpretar documentos de arrendamiento comercial (contratos de arrendamiento, modificaciones, subarrendamientos)
Análisis de variaciones de renta y procesamiento de pagos de alquiler
Gestión de relaciones con clientes/proveedores/arrendadores
Resolución de problemas relacionados con la renta y otros asuntos entre arrendador/arrendatario
Revisión de estados de conciliación anual del arrendador y cálculos de impuestos inmobiliarios para garantizar precisión y cumplimiento del contrato de arrendamiento
Entrada de datos, validación y gestión de documentos de arrendamiento
Seguimiento y mantenimiento de fechas críticas
Revisión de CAM y otras escalaciones y facturas de impuestos inmobiliarios
Gestión de cuentas de subarrendatarios y facturación/cobranza de rentas de terceros inquilinos
Proyectos especiales asignados por el supervisor
Requisitos El candidato ideal contará con un título de Licenciatura en Negocios, Contabilidad o Finanzas y al menos 2 años de experiencia laboral en finanzas, contabilidad, administración de arrendamientos o gestión de propiedades




Experiencia en la comprensión e interpretación de lenguaje complejo de arrendamientos comerciales
Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y Outlook) con la capacidad de dominar programas de contabilidad y bases de datos específicos de la empresa
Sólidas habilidades financieras y analíticas
Excepcional atención al detalle y habilidades de organización
Capacidad para comprender e interpretar datos
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo para construir relaciones e interactuar efectivamente con socios comerciales
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, trabajar exitosamente bajo presión y gestionar eficazmente el tiempo y la carga de trabajo
Deseo de trabajar en un entorno profesional diverso, colaborativo y orientado a resultados
Salario: $15,000 mensuales antes de impuestos
Lugar de trabajo : Montes Urales, Miguel Hidalgo
Horario: L-V 8:00am a 5:00pm
Location: On-site –Mexico,MEX
