About the Role
The Commercial Manager, Americas will be responsible for driving the commercial performance and execution of Pharmanovia's product portfolio across the USA, Canada, Caribbean and Latin American markets. Reporting to the Head of Americas, CEE & CIS, you will help deliver agreed revenue, sales, and profitability objectives across the region and identify and develop new opportunities for sustainable business growth. The Commercial Manager will manage and develop relationships with distributors, commercial partners, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective sales execution across multiple channels,



including wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, tenders, and other public and private sector channels. The role will combine commercial strategy, sales execution, partner management, business development, financial performance management and market intelligence, requiring an individual who is commercially astute, entrepreneurial and comfortable operating across multiple international markets. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong strategic alignment, accurate forecasting, effective execution, and delivery of Pharmanovia's commercial objectives. The role requires a pragmatic, hands-on, and results-driven commercial professional who is comfortable working autonomously, making commercially informed decisions, and taking ownership of delivering results while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and business conduct.
