Job Summary o support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South Reporting to the General Manager , Program Manager role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.
Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.




Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing or Similar Program management skills direct experience leading complex transfer projects between manufacturing sites.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, Advanced English level
