Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the Production Control Supervisor role involves… Manage the supply of materials in the production line, coordinate personnel in charge for the correct flow of materials between processes according to the production plan per shift and process to deliver to the warehouse as a finished product. What a typical day looks like. Monitoring of the production plan. Ensure the supply of raw material in the production line through KITS and follow-up to UPLs. Analyze the inventories of materials registered in the materials ticket, following up on short purchases, to define the real time in which the materials can impact a line stoppage. Carry out inventories of short components to ensure the accuracy of the inventory in the floor location, comparing the physical against what is registered in the system. Prepare a physical inventory of the assembled material to balance the assembled
