Resumen
Position Summary:
Provide active leadership and support to develop and sustain SQCDM daily management; creating a problem solving culture in our Plant.
Responsabilidades
Principal Responsibilities
•SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition).
•Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams.
•Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team.
•Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5S, Std work, A3, Kaizen, visual management).
•Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
Requirements:
•Related Bachelor's degree.
•0 - 5 years of experience.
•Intermediate English.
•Team player with innitiave and dynamic.
