We are looking for a Bilingual NetSuite Functional Consultant to provide handson, onsite support during User Acceptance Testing UAT through golive for a client in Ciudad Juárez. This is a 68 week onsite hybrid project, with potential for extension based on project needs. The role requires an Advanced English level.

Role Overview
The consultant will guide business users through NetSuite test scenarios, answer functional questions, troubleshoot and document issues, support retesting, and coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve blockers.
The idóneo candidate has strong NetSuite production support experience, excellent communication and training skills, and preferably a background supporting NetSuite in a manufacturing environment.
Job Description
Provide handson, onsite support to end users during User Acceptance Testing UAT.
Guide users through assigned test scenarios and NetSuite business processes.
Answer functional questions and demonstrate correct system usage.
Troubleshoot UAT issues and determine whether they are configuration, process, data, or userrelated.
Document defects, gaps, and enhancement requests identified during testing.
Coordinate with the project functional and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
Solid all round functional experience with Netsuite ideally in a manufacturing environment.




Multiple client references in supporting Netsuite in a Production environment
Multilingual English Spanish. Very good communication skills.
Needs to support upcoming UAT thru golive onsite at client location
Ability to train business users in using Netsuite
Ability troubleshoot Production issues independently and discuss fixes.
Retest fixes with end users and confirm successful resolution.
Track UAT progress, outstanding issues, and testing blockers.
Assist users with test data, transactions, workflows, and expected results.
Provide informal knowledge transfer and enduser coaching throughout UAT.
Escalate critical issues that could impact UAT completion or golive readiness.
Support daily UAT status updates and help drive testing toward completion.
